Standard Vietnamese honeys usually have strong scent and unique flavor. Thanks to the tropical climate, there are many unique types of honey in Vietnam such as Rambutan honey, Lychee honey, Mangrove honey and many more. However, they exist in much smaller quantity and still require lot of work to develop for large quantity extraction.
